Acceptance of terms

By using Remi Workforce ("Remi"), you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Permitted use

You agree not to access the service without authorization, interfere with or disrupt the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, or reverse engineer or abuse the service.

Customer content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide and improve the service. You represent you have rights to submit the content.

Output and decision-making

Remi provides informational support and analysis. You are responsible for decisions made based on outputs. Remi does not provide legal, HR, or compliance advice.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Fees

Unless otherwise stated, access may be provided free or under a paid plan. Fees and billing terms will be disclosed if applicable.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if none).

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service or enforce these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where QDot Inc. is headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
